We use Avatax to file sales tax returns. Now that we file based on financial nexus, Avalara helps to keep us in compliance.

- They handle any state notifications
- They have a resale certificate tool that we are planning to use
- They need to ease the process of adding new states
- Need to make their program more intuitive
- Speed up the system - takes a bit too long when changing screens to refresh.
