- Catches/Quarantines phishing email extremely well.
- SAAS Product - implementation took minutes.
- Little ongoing maintenance - it just does it's job.
- Tech support is very timely (most of my contact has been for product improvement suggestions).
- User interface (no flexibility in sorting/searching results).
- The UI is really my only complaint.
- Reduced the risk that arrives email borne (Office 365 leaves a lot to be desired in this area).
- Gives me the time to focus on other areas and not worry about this very high area of risk.
- Lessens the burden on users for worrying about phishing email.
