The Avaya Cloud Office solution is our internal collaboration system within the team, but also for exchanges with customers and partners. The main features used daily are telephone, video conferencing, and team messages. It is extremely practical because the professional telephone follows us everywhere, including for all trips abroad. And we can communicate from the computer as well as from the smartphone.

- When I use the Google extension (which I use a lot) sometimes I do not understand when I receive a call, my desktop is ringing, but the app has disappeared so there is no way I can answer the call
