Project Management Issues

We contracted with AVI-SPL to design and install Video Conferencing Equipment in our Corporate conference rooms. The product and design are working as expected, but we had to do all the troubleshooting ourselves. Very little guidance was provided in terms of the best set up for our environment, or the settings that would be needed in the O365 environment. Their commissioning agents were very inexperienced and were more skilled at the basic setup rather than a complex interactive environment. The project management team was also hard to communicate with them and several emails and phone calls were left unanswered until I reached out the Account Executive. There has been a lot of turn over there, and their service suffered greatly because of it. I don't blame them for the supply chain issues that caused serious delays in our project, but they didn't do a very good job of communicating the delays or providing updates when available.

The video conference equipment has made it easier to conference with onsite and offsite employees. We received the product we wanted.
