Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We rely on AVI-SPL for AV design, engineering, and support. Our conference spaces are mission critical. If an issue occurs, we need it resolved promptly. We're capable of doing some initial troubleshooting, but any complications beyond that requires specialized skill. That's where AVI-SPL comes in. Generally, the support we receive is prompt and we get back to working in a reasonable amount of time.

The support desk has been responsive, however, there have been times where they try to send us a technician in a timeframe outside of our agreement. So occasionally we have to push back a little to get the on-site support we need in a timely manner. Otherwise, they're pretty easy to work with.
We've not yet gone through any transformative projects with AVI-SPL just yet. We have scoped a few projects and plan to implement some solutions next year. That part of the process has been seamless. Scheduling for smaller projects has been a little difficult to find dates where both the installation team and the rooms they're working on are available. The biggest impact provided by AVI-SPL thus far has been a huge reduction in the amount of downtime for each of our rooms overall.
We've gone through a few AV partners since developing our AV program. We started with a small local shop, but they didn't have the expertise as we scaled. We moved to a larger local shop, but they struggled to provide support and I don't believe their designs were optimal. Our third go-round with a national firm seemed fine at first, but eventually they too were unable to provide the level of support we needed. So far, AVI-SPL has been getting us taken care of.

We've gone through a few other A/V support organizations over the years. Our growth and needs have greatly changed. Prior A/V partners proved to be severely lacking in capability. It felt like playing whack a mole with snuffing out issue after issue rather than addressing the root cause of issues. Since working with AVI SPL, the number of issues we've faced have dropped immensely.
