Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We use AVI-SPL for our confrence center av/tech needs. They do preventative mainteance, zoom, digital screens, integrations, av tech support for events.

  • In our experience, requesting av techs for our events we have had many booking issues
  • In my opinion, response time for questions and assistance
  • In our experience, letting us know updates needed or what we do not need as we do not use it before asking
  • In our experience, poor av tech support results in clients not happy and not re booking with us
  • In my experience, tech that dose not work or hard to use results in loss of clients
  • In my opinion, new staff that do not have training on the system they created for us results in staffing issues and unsatisfied customers
we barley use it. In my experience, we have a tech that once in a while when in a pinch might call or text that knows the system best and usually willing to help
we have hybrid events and they help with tech support when the customer request to have them

We feel like AVI-SPL is not as strong now that they are no longer just AVI. Communication, assistance, recommendations, overall quality is jut not what our company expects and needs.
