Overall Satisfaction with AXOMO

We use Axomo for our organization's company store. It has provided us a way to make products available to our employees that are pre-approved by management. And to do this without having any physical inventory on site. We also use it to award employees.
  • Ability to design products to brand standards
  • Attractive store design
  • Easy to manage users
  • Shipping is a disaster. Inflated shipping rates sometimes equal to the actual product cost.
  • Delay in getting items. It can take 4-5 weeks in some cases for items to be ready to ship.
  • Store credit setup is confusing.
  • Manage brand consistency
  • No physical inventory on our site
  • Ability to award credit to employees
  • It's nice to walk into a clinic and see employees wearing the items they purchased.
  • Previous to Axomo, we had employees creating their own items on vinyl cutters
  • Our employees now look sharp and on-brand when they represent us in public.
We looked at some others. Axomo's ability to give us a non-profit rate tipped our decision.

Axomo has done what we hoped it would do. So from that standpoint, it is an amazing success. But it can be difficult to navigate the dashboard at times.
