Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We have an e-commerce business so our Big Commerce website is how our customers place their orders. This allows us to have our entire product offering online which means we don't need a printed catalog. This makes it very easy to respond to inquiries about our company and the products it offers.

- This site started as a Big Commerce site so there is nothing really to compare to how this particular site performed previously.

I had a designer create my site and perform any upgrades. I think these open APIs gave my designers the flexibility to create a reliable and functional website that looks great. Endicia shipping integration is a very valuable app. I have also found the way BigCommerce integrates with the different Google application such as Google Shopping and Google customer reviews to be very valuable.
This is the only solution I have tried for this website. For other websites, I have used private virtual servers and Big Commerce is much more stable and much easier to use. When I did my initial research I was trying to decide between Big Commerce and Shopify and one of the reasons I choose Big Commerce is it came pre-loaded with more features which would need to be added separately with Shopify.
