Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We use Big Commerce to run our apparel line, Smoky Joe’s Clothing. Having used the program for the past 8 years, I have found the BigCommerce community to be great. They are always working to improve their program by listening to their users needs to run their businesses better. Recently, they added BigCommerce shipping integrated into their platform so one did not have to go to an outside vendor. Love this new integration. The online forum is a great place to address issues that may be addressed by other users and moderated by BigCommerce so your issue will be addressed.

- 24/7 customer service included in their plans.
- Updates.
- Integration with Quickbooks Pro, not just one QuickBooks plan online. I don’t like that I have to use a bridge line to connect the two.
- Picture sizes. A better picture correction program.
- Direct integration with eBay. Not having to use a separate platform/integration to connect.
- Allows me to run my business for a fair price.
- Sell on multiple platforms, increasing brand awareness.
- Ease of use for someone who has little computer knowledge.

BigCommerce has been my hosting site since the inception of my business, and I am very pleased with the company and its employees. I understand that one can not be all things to all people unless I want to go to a customized website, which is not in my future plans.
