Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
I use BigCommerce for our online store where we sell mainly CDs and film posters, as well as other entertainment memorabilia. I am the only user who does everything from design to shipping (it's a small company). I love how easy it is to put in new products, sort them, get paid, and ship them. BigCommerce is the easiest online store program I have ever used.
- Listing products: easy and fast.
- Receiving payment: safe, secure and effortless.
- Giving partial payment refunds doesn't always work (sending refund via Paypal, not giving store credit).
- I never get notified when someone leaves a notification with their order. Why is that?
- BigCommerce has allowed me to process orders and shipments at the click of a few buttons, thus saving me a lot of time.
Less than $20,000
Yahoo store: There I had to copy and move every product into a separate category if I wanted to have it in multiple categories. BigCommerce lets me list any product in as many categories I want with the click of a mouse.
