Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

BigCommerce is our platform for our online business, and everything is hosted on it.
  • Help and support line is great.
  • Great partners for integration.
  • It is difficult to upload product photos.
  • Themes are not detailed enough when choosing.
  • BigCommerce offered a bright, affordable site for our startup.
Less than $20,000
I’ve had no issues at all with scalability thus far!
BigCommerce's pricing was much better. Additionally, my designer was a big fan of BigCommerce due to the large number of store styles you offer. It was easier for him to work with.
BigCommerce is great for small businesses and startups. However, it is hard to choose the correct theme and level. I wish there was more help with that. The staff is not always aware of specific issues.

Using BigCommerce

2 - Our president and owner (who does almost everything), and a marketing consultant. He did the preliminary set-up and design. I manage it on a daily basis and make changes when appropriate. I also make decisions regarding app partners such as mail marketers, tax consultants, money takers!
