Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye

We use Birdeye to track and capture client reviews as well as to track and capture potential clients that engage our website. We also use it as a communication tool with current clients.

Used Clio Grow and Lexicata before. Birdeye is much more user friendly but lacks all of the substantive features.

This app is great for engaging with prospective clients immediately and giving you a way to communicate with them without giving out personal cell data. It is also very helpful for soliciting and tracking client reviews that are made online. It is not suited for specific lead generation or for specific CRM type issues within the sales team.

Any time we have needed support, they have been very responsive.

Very easy to learn and user friendly, but the iOS app is sometimes a bit clunky and non-intuitive
