Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye

Within our organization we use Birdeye for multiple purposes. We have the Listings, Social, Surveys, and Reviews. We use the reports for almost everything. We recently opened a new clinic and were able to bulk import contacts to send out information to the community quickly. We recently started using the surveys, and I love the fact that we can put specifics as to who gets the email or not. The inbox has a few glitches where we get a lot of inquiries and just don't have the manpower to respond to them all. An auto-response feature for the inbox would be a huge help. The Social feature is absolutely amazing! The reports are very accurate and give a nice overview of each account or everything together. Campaigns are fantastic and I love being able to see who has opened what and our response rate. Reviews are very easy to automate and integrate. No big issues or anything. Integration of the Surveys has been a little difficult, but we are getting there.

  • One stop shop for Reviews are great, it saves marketing department time and money on if they were all separate.

  • Listings is very easy to use with updating this saved us money compared to competitors.
I feel like the social tool is way better than anything that Hootsuite can offer. Very user-friendly. Customizable to each clinic. Listen tool where you can do some social searches on things going on in your industry.

Social media and reviews are the best features. Once we integrated into Facebook and Instagram we were able to have a great look at everything.

So far, I cannot say for the surveys as we are in the very early phases.

Listings are perfect for when we are relocating a business.

Reports are fantastic when reporting to my upper management.

Birdeye Support

Our main Tech person is fantastic and has given me his direct phone line if we need help. We have an accounts manager that just switched and a Customer service rep too. Both are good at communication; they just don't always have an answer and seem to rely on the main Tech person. But they are great at helping with smaller issues.

Using Birdeye

I think it is very easy to figure out very quickly by just playing around in the dashboard. If you have a question you can reach out to our contacts and they do a very good job of figuring out if or what is the problem and getting back to us fast.
