Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo
We generally use Bizzabo to create our event landing pages in order to capture the registrations (both offline and online events). The customisations and the ease of use it has is really commendable. It gives a lot more variety to move around different elements and allows us to fit them in a suitable place where it'd look good for the audience.
- It was great to use this platform for an offline conference event we recently held in Singapore. Even one of the audience member asked about the platform we used to capture audience attendance.
- We also used Bizzabo for one of our webinar held in the past and the kind of customisations we did were totally beyond our expectations. The Bizzabo customer support team is really quick and prompt with resolving all our queries.
- We held a couple of more webinars where we we added Bizzabo landing page as the registrantion link for the audience. The report triggering feature in Bizzabo made it quite easy for our stakeholders to track the number of people who registered for the webinar and helped them set the expectitions right.
- In the beginning it was a bit tricky to navigate through the features available to us but slowly and gradually we figured it out.
- The customer support team sometimes take some time to get back with a response on some urgent request so I think that could be worked on.
- Sometimes, it take a bit of time for the changes to update on the actual landing page
- All in all we are happy with the way this tool has performed for us
- I think it gave us a great ROI as comapred to other tools in the market

In terms of functionaly and customisations Bizzabo is way better than ON24. ON24 forms were pretty basic and boring for the end user. They didn't really have any customisations options as compared to Bizzabo whci has really great options to customise the webpage and make it look attractive for the user.
