Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

We use NXT to track and manager the full donor cycle of our constituents. In addition to recording gifts, NXT is used to track all engagement between individuals/organization with our institution. The platform helps my team strategize on needed engagement touches in order to solicit first gifts, renew annual donors, and maximize major gift asks.

NXT is well-suited for teams with gift officers on the go. The mobile compatibility allows users to access, constituent information from anywhere and add notes to individual records. In my opinion, it continues to be disappointing that the platform does not have the full set of features that is available in the database view. Blackbaud customer support is, at times, unhelpful.
