Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

We use it to record donors and their gifts, keep track of donor communications, store addresses and contact information, and for attributes

We can add attributes to mark donor interest and there are also other tags to use to identify giving potential and other areas of interest. RE actions also allows us to keep comprehensive notes on each donor and the meetings and communications we have had with them.

Yes

It is well-suited for storing donor information and recording attributes and communications. It helps pull specific reports based on giving level. It cannot link to other platforms such as Classy which means we need to input all gifts by hand which is tedious.
