I use RE NXT for data analytics and prospect management. Some of the business problems the product addresses are data health, data integrity and system management.

The system helps us segment our donors for various solicitations throughout the year, we are able to easily identify those lapsed donors and increase funding based on data.

NXT Is modern and used efficiently within our team. Custom reports that were previously created in database view and are now automated and easily accessible in NXT. However; some of the data totals are off from RE NXT I am assuming its the criteria.
