You really have to train yourself as well as seek out help from the support channels. Google searches and you tube videos are very helpful! Blackbaud could very much improve on its trainings that they provide. Since it is such an expensive tool, i think they could improve upon their training offerings.

For smaller nonprofits, I highly recomment Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. For larger non profits I would recommend Blackbaud CRM. Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT fits the needs of a smaller fundraising shop. it will allow you to do all basic needs for a nonprofit fundraising shop such as donor management, prospect management, data visualizations, list creations, etc.
