Bloomfire is like our bible; we follow the instructions and procedures and correctly educate our customers and answer questions. Thanks to this we can properly assist our consumers. The whole organization must use the documents on Bloomfire--managers, trainers and agents. We also have to read the updated and new documents. It's super easy to use and that's one of the reasons why I recommend it.
