Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

Used as CDP and ESP across marketing and Ecom teams. We rely on Bloomreach data to inform trends, affinities and marketing effectiveness. We rely on the ESP capabilities to increase our participation from CRM channels, to help support acquisition and where applicable increase frequency
  • Personalised comms
  • Segmentation
  • AB testing
  • More out of the box APIs into well known advertising platforms (ie Criteo)
  • Unified login and accessibility across mobiles (as this is an issue for us when trying to login to the platform on mobile devices)
  • Better and easier surfacing of audience IDs as this can sometimes be a longwinded process
  • Doubling revenue from CRM channels
  • Enabling better and more personalised customer experiences
  • Offering valuable insight into customer behaviour which can then inform future strategies
I have been exposed to commerce cloud in 2 roles and it’s powerful in many ways. We take a huge amount of value from the ability to AB test and ensure seamless customer experiences and messaging depending on who they are or how they shop. It Offers clear and actionable reports which can then inform further targeting opportunities and web development projects.
Currently not using the full stack so cannot comment
Harnesses the full customer data available and can target on a much more granular level
