Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We use Bloomreach engagement to drive all the communication with our customers. We use most of the modules starting from emailing, marketing automation, SMS, push notifications, recommendation boxes, and mobile app integration.

Multiple levels of support depending on your contract, the basic stuff can be easily addressed via support chat directly in the platform, more complicated issues can be solved via consulting if you order it or you can find a lot of agencies on the market working with this solution.
We mostly work with the product recommendation where you can choose from predefined modules or you can combine them as you wish.

At the time we changed the solution Bloomreach was much more far in the integration part and all other communication channels were added into the one scenerio builder using unique logic for filtering customers in order to segment them for particular campaigns.
