Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We use it to send out emails to our customers. to evaluate and analyze the customer base. We use it for questionaries. We also use Bloomreach for automated emails and weekly guides to our customers (email guides they receive every week to guide them through the parenting journey).

I was able to contact the support once. The guy was named Oleg and I have to say he was very helpful. I would appreciate it if you also could call and maybe share screens when some issue appears.
We really do not use Bloomreach to its full potential, and we do not analyze this. But we have high open rates and a high reach of our customer base with our guide and NWL.
Bloomreach definitely has a lot more options and functionalities

Would you buy Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud again?

Yes

It is well suited for big corporations that need personalization and AI to support the business, and for e-shops. Since we don't have such a big database I don't feel like we can use all of the functionalities. Learning with the program is also quite challenging, especially without any "academy" or long training. It takes some time (months) to learn to navigate the system by yourself.
