Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud
We use it to send out emails to our customers. to evaluate and analyze the customer base. We use it for questionaries. We also use Bloomreach for automated emails and weekly guides to our customers (email guides they receive every week to guide them through the parenting journey).

- Trouble shooting (if something doesn't work, it's hard to figure out why and what without professional help)
- I am not able to tell those numbers
We really do not use Bloomreach to its full potential, and we do not analyze this. But we have high open rates and a high reach of our customer base with our guide and NWL.
Bloomreach definitely has a lot more options and functionalities
