We use Bloomreach for its customer data analytics, marketing automation, A/B testing, and personalisation tool. The tool allows us to centralise our customer data and target our marketing strategy across all channels. The fully customisable approach allows us to develop new reports and answer ad hoc queries from teams across the business.

- The platform is allowing us to bring our analytics in-house away from agencies, saving a three figure sum.
The analytics capability of Bloomreach is allowing us to bring our analytics in-house, away from expensive agencies. There is a complexity to the reporting which means it may not be appropriate for smaller businesses without the resources to manage this. Bloomreach allows real-time analysis of all of the customer data we load into the platform. The platform can manage all our customer data.
Bloomreach allows for a far more detailed analysis of customer data than the other platforms compared to. The other platforms do provide far more out-of-the-box than Bloomreach, but would not allow us to bring the analytics function of the business in-house as Bloomreach has.
