I use Bloomreach at work to track sessions across different units per brand/page/per category. It also helps that I see the journey that a customer takes from the moment they reach the homepage to the product. Quick details like average pcs sold per order, and average value also help me understand the profile of our loyal customers.

I have never contacted Bloomreach support, as we have a team that acts as the contact group for Bloomreach. My only issue with Bloomreach is the friendliness of the interface, which our group addressed by doing sessions on how to use Bloomreach. Our Business is also renewing its contract.

The dashboards provided by Bloomreach are easy to read and deliver quick reports for businesses wanting to know their customers, how customers shop, what the potential items are, and what the best-sellers are. What used to be manual generation and pivoting in Excel is now automated with graphs that can be copied and pasted into PowerPoint presentations.
