Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
The logistical diversity of our company has been an asset and a challenge when trying to communicate and collaborate. We invested in conference room video conferencing some 10+ years ago and it was valuable. It became clear early on that we needed to extend this capability to the desktop. BlueJeans provided that capability.
- Easy to use desktop capabilities
- Easy to integrate conference room equipment
- Good customer support when needed
- Clarity of billing would be nice... they have a relatively open billing structure when you start then it becomes tighter as you use is more.
- Cost benefit has definitely been there... clarity of their billing structure would be helpful for long-term planning.
Our previous experience was equipment based solutions (LIfeSize; Polycom, etc.) The BlueJeans solution fits in any environment.
