Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

Our program staff uses BlueJeans to communicate with program sites. This limits program staff travel expenses.

Pros

  • The video quality is good
  • The sound quality is good
  • It is reliable

Cons

  • I wish there was an easier way for people new to BlueJeans to connect to it
  • Sometimes it slows my computer down
  • Money has been saved on travel
  • Stewarding relationships have been easier
I prefer Google Hangouts because it is integrated with our email, I can find anyone who uses Google and Iike that I can keep track of the entire conversation as we are talking through it.
It has been difficult recently using our MacBook to connect to meetings. We now use a cheap HP laptop when we plan to use BlueJeans.
It is great for video conferencing with folks across the state/country/world.
