Overall Satisfaction with Bomgar
Bomgar is being used across the whole business and is used to help support our clients when we cannot go onsite or can fix an issue remotely.
- Remote Support is awesome
- Pinned stations let you get to machines without people sitting in front of them.
- Bomgar Mobile is great I can remote into a computer or server from anywhere I am using my smartphone.
- I don't see anything that is needed - it does what we need.
- Helps with customer service they like it when we can bill them less for an issue.
- Helps with productivity we can support more customers since we do not have to go onsite for every issue.
I tried TeamViewer and LogMeIn but Bomgar has the most to offer as far features are concerned.
