Pros and Cons

Pros

They have a clean and easy portal that I can log into and link all accounts so they have access to what they need
They are so good at what they do that I only need to respond to 1 or 2 emails a month for uncategorized transactions or clarifications
They process all of our AR, AP, year end reports, sales tax, and bookkeeping. And it's all very accurate and on time.

Cons

I honestly cant think of any room for improvement. We've been a client for 6 years and are very happy

Botkeeper offers a similar service to that of Pilot, however, for the price that we pay, we get a lot more services like accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as bill payment through Bill.com. I'm also pretty sure that ScaleFactor is no longer running and operating. or at least that's what I've been told

Likelihood to Recommend

if you run a small business that has gotten large enough for accounting to become a headache on a weekly or monthly basis, I would consider botkeeper as a solution. they have packages that scale up as your business continues to grow. Also, if you are collecting sales tax and managing that yourself, along with your year-end reporting for taxes, botkeeper is a lifesaver.

I would definitely still select Botkeeper. Their platform, service and onboarding is next to none.
