Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We lacked a comprehensive platform to manage Customer engagement with our applications. Braze serves as a means for us to market to customers and allows for an all-in-one solution to keep in contact with them via emails, SMS, and push notifications. This means we can set up campaigns and targets more easily than before.

  • Support through things like Discord would be amazing for developer support.
  • We have had increase engagement through Braze.
  • Less email has ended up in spam folders compared to competitors.
In terms of the platform itself being usable, I would rate it very highly. The ease of being able to set things up is very clear. In terms of developer integration and documentation, I would say Braze is on the better end of things but still has room to improve. A support network that is more "instant message," like Slack or Discord, would be great. I have seen other providers do that, and it works really nicely.
Cross-integration functionality is something we're currently looking into, as we're looking to track customers between our web and mobile app journeys. Having looked at its potential within Braze, though, we believe this should have a massive impact on our company. Likewise, the analytical side of it is obvious with the ability to do things such as A/Bs to get data-driven decisions.
We used other providers before, such as Mailchimp. However, we believe that Braze does a better job of actually landing in the right place; our clickthrough rate spiked once we switched over to Braze.

If you need a platform to manage customer's contact information or a solution to manage campaigns so you can target specific customer groups, I think Braze excels at that. Once you get over the technical hurdles, Braze has a fantastic management suite for sorting out campaigns. The fact you can run A/Bs as well is excellent.
