Overall Satisfaction with Brevo
We use Brevo for the sending of all newsletters and transactional emails from our store. We also use Brevo live chat to interact with customers to give them assistance if they need it.

- Excellent for compiling contact lists for potential newsletter sendings
- Works great with Woocommerce
- Customer service is not same day. Usually 1-2 day wait
- Tutorial videos would be great to easily grasp additional features Brevo offers
- it has allowed us to reach out customers introducing new products and promotions
- it has allowed us to communicate with customers through the Live Chat they provide at a very reasonable monthly cost
- It sorts our customer contact list and removes contacts that no longer wish to receive our future emails automatically.
Brevo is more cost effective and packs a lot of features the bigger companies have. Their cost is the reason we choose them and they are always evolving and adding excellent features to keep us as a customer
