Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

The Brightpearl help desk is always quick to respond and are very helpful in giving specific steps to solve problems. They have always responded with answers to our questions within a day. The online help guide is also very useful to search common questions and find appropriate answers.
We use Brightpearl as a content management system. It is used across the whole organization from ordering through our vendors, managing customer information, orders and accounting. It is very helpful in keeping track of all of our inventory and customer information. It links with other platforms we use like Amazon and Shopify.

  • Customer contact and information management. Allows you to easily send invoices and communicate with customers.
  • Works seamlessly with ShipStation.
  • Would like SKUs to populate in alphabetical order when typing into new invoices.
  • Would like Brightpearl to work with Etsy to manage stock.
