Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl
We use Brightpearl as a content management system. It is used across the whole organization from ordering through our vendors, managing customer information, orders and accounting. It is very helpful in keeping track of all of our inventory and customer information. It links with other platforms we use like Amazon and Shopify.
- Inventory Management - allows management of hundreds of SKUs.
- Customer contact and information management. Allows you to easily send invoices and communicate with customers.
- Works seamlessly with ShipStation.
- Would like SKUs to populate in alphabetical order when typing into new invoices.
- Would like Brightpearl to work with Etsy to manage stock.
