Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

Friendly service person dealt with my query from start to finish in a friendly and personable manner. Once my problem was dealt with they proceeded to complete an after care process to ensure that I was happy with the level of service.
Brightpearl is our main stock inventory system and CRM management tool. It is used throughout all departments from quoting for various clients to allocating and monitoring stock levels. It doubles nicely as a place to keep comments on customers' orders to ensure they receive a high level of personal service.

Brightpearl has an easier ease of use compared with Microsoft Dynamics. The pane view from the beginning is less cluttered and allows easier navigation which in turn make it easy to respond to clients in time. The stock tracker feature allows parts to be easily managed with intelligence to where more or less could be used.
We use Brightpearl to keep accounts within the organisation up to date with personalised comments to ensure that take over or temporary management is easy and still gives a picture of where the customer is in the sales process.
