Great for in-office use, in my opinion it leaves much to be desired
Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
I switched from traditional land-line to hosted PBX through Broadvoice for the purpose of extended features, ease use, mobile app, and means of using a more traditional desk phone with support. I needed multiple lines due to having several calls coming in at the same time on a regular basis and a hosted PBX was the proper solution for this, as fees for multiple traditional landlines were beginning to get overly expensive.
