Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We currently use Broadvoice for two of our companies and have just contracted a new account for a third company. We are an accounting/legal firm with 13 employees. We have enjoyed our Broadvoice service for the last three years. Our auto-attendant allows clients to get directly to department they are trying to reach, minimizing hold times and transfers. With employees having the work form home option, we utilize the b-hive app tremendously. Also, being able to access our Broadvoice account logins, we can internally route incoming calls, change our away messages and much more. Our phones are used daily.

- Customer Service has always been helpful and prompt to respond.
- email notification for voicemails are extremely helpful.
- Since the phones are network based, it can be confusing for the average Joe without getting IT involved, but I am unsure of a way around this as I do prefer the network based phones.
- When logging into your Broadvoice account online, it would be helpful to be able to read the different voicemail messages that are saved to be able to switch them more easily.

- Internal capability to makes changes such as incoming call routing.
- Minimizing client wait time with auto-attendant.
- Never missing client calls with b-hive.
- Minimizing cost with network based phone system.
We have not used a product similar to Broadvoice in the past.
