Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack

We use BrowserStack on our CD pipeline in order to ensure that the application is working properly before deploying in production environment. Also we use BrowserStack to do manual test using large wide o mobile phone - so we don't need to have a physical version of the mobiles that we want to test.
  • E2E testing
  • Running application in large wide of mobiles
  • Running application in the most used browsers
  • Pipeline integration
  • Finding out the error in the test
  • Maning run tests
  • Running E2E
  • Running application in real devices
  • Running application in many browsers
  • Tests with local host
  • Prevents bugs in prod
  • Dismissal having physical devices
  • Fast test in differents devices
Overall the software works very fine and fast. I never had problem with availability - I didn't faced any downtime while I was using.

The speed of the running test is good and depends how much parallels are in use. Compered with other software like that, I consider a good speed.
It helped a lot preventing bug in devices that we are not use to test all the time. Like samsung browser is one of the cases the BrowserStack helped to prevent send a bug to production environment.
The main advantage of using BrowserStack is related to the fact that it runs tests in real devices.

Do you think BrowserStack delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with BrowserStack's feature set?

No

Did BrowserStack live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of BrowserStack go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy BrowserStack again?

Yes

In the only software able to run your application in real mobiles - isn't a emulation. This is perfect to make sure that the application is running properly in wide range os devices. The integration with some old fashion E2E tools could be a little bit hard - like if you are using Webdriver.IO.
