Overall Satisfaction with Budgyt
As a nonprofit, I have 6 business managers who provide variance reports in Budgyt. We use Quickbooks and then export actual data to Budgyt, which houses our annual budget. The budgets are created by each manager and they are held to any variances. They then use these variances as one of their tools in setting the next year's budget...
- Reports by Class
- Comparison to previous year...budget or actual
- Rolling up or expanding the data based on the audience
- Automatic import or export for Quickbooks Desktop...but this is coming very soon!!
- Other than the time factor for all managers and for myself, we have not seen additional ROI from it. But time is hugely valuable to us as a nonprofit with limited staff.
There is no comparison! Budgyt all the way!

1 - This is such an easy software to support because Budgyt provides most of the support. So the type of person could be just about anyone.
- Budgeting salaries and benefit
- Tracking variances from budget to actual
- seeing previous years compared to current for impacts of strategy changes
- Not really anything. It does exactly what we needed it to do.
- I do not see anything but Budgyt is very forward thinking and they probably will come up with something that I really need but haven't thought about it yet!

We did not.
It is ongoing. They go above and beyond for everything that I ask for help...again, either walking me through how to do things, sending videos with steps of how to do things or coming up with new features based on my request.
