I used the software to design talent development systems. The use case at the offices I worked at included 200 users with an intention to extend the services to the entire enterprise comprised of 22,352 users. We also used surveys and took a look at talent match. Following the successful completion of this first work the intention by our client was to use the entire BullseyeEngagment suite.

- Succession planning could use a little work but really the shortfalls had to do with client idiosyncrasies
- Ethics lifeline was a little hard to reign in, the executives at our client were very fussy for all the wrong reasons - no pun intended
- Compensation Planning was also hard to work with but once again it was internal problems at the client that caused these slowdowns
- The return on investment for us focused on the flexibility of the product
- When using the software directly and when adapting it for our clients the time frame for development and installation and use was very short
- The quality of the outputs and the ease with which the system was put in place was extraordinary and saved us money even during the replacement period as it replaced the outdated system in place at our client

4 - At our client's offices the users were located in Human Resources, Planning, Finance and Operations.
These separate arms of the company used BullseyeEngagment to manage their human resources. The Executive level also used the software in order to gain a view of what was going on across the operation. It was very important in ensuring that everyone was receiving the proper training.

1 - One user from our company supported the software internally and at the client location. We had intermittent assistance when necessary. Normally the software was hands-off, operationally excellent. If we needed some change or tweek the support team at BullseyeEngagement was just a phone call away.
