Overall Satisfaction with Calendly

We use Calendly to schedule candidate interviews and allow for self scheduling. It allows for ease of scheduling and less back and forth to coordinate times that work for both the candidate and the interviewer.

  • Increased productivity of Recruiters
Calendly is superior to both scheduling tools - it is easier to use, allows for a lot of customization and options for reminders, and allows the users to adjust their settings as they see fit. Other tools are more expensive and quite complex that don't allow modifications as easily.

Calendly is an excellent tool for recruiters who need to schedule multiple candidates for a high volume of requisitions to streamline the process and eliminate added communications with candidates. It isn't quite appropriate for scheduling with hiring managers due to the complexity of scheduling for multiple people at one time.
