Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Canto is being utilized as a hub for digital assets. This should allow all users to locate digital assets more quickly and without having to find the one person that may remember some obscure fact necessary in locating a particular image. Better organization and tagging leads to better utilization of our digital assets.

  • Better understanding of assets on hand.
  • Better management of DRM.
Really for us, it came down to these two. They are very similar at least from an outside looking in perspective. Features are very much on par and really comes down to specific needs and weighing of the importance of features.
Implementation was rough, our account manager had to go through support. It seemed she had no better access than we did. Support often slow to respond when above the head of the account manager.

Canto is a good solution for organizing digital assets. The AI does a good job of finding people and cuts down on the manual tagging and categorization necessary to utilize the power of a digital asset management platform.
