Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ helps my sales force to better understand their commissions, quota attainment, and more. It's a very simple tool to use and helps us to not ask for finance/ops to answer all our questions. It's a hugely beneficial tool and helps me stay on track in attaining my quota.

Pros

  • showing when I will be paid out
  • showing exactly what I have coming to me in my next paycheck
  • very simple to use and is accurate

Cons

  • Unsure - maybe a feature to tag managers and ask questions
  • Showing a monthly breakdown of commission
  • Not needing to ask different departments about my money
I was not in the selection process, but CaptivateIQ is much simpler to use than Spiff. The tool is more intuitive to use and I don't have to spend as much time looking for commission details.
