Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
Before CapIQ, we were consistently using spreadsheets for commissions. CapIQ is an incredible system to keep your commissions accurate and sales people happy. It also has a great system for filing notifications and tracking attainment. My team could not be happier that we onboarded this system.

- allows reps to file tickets
- helps reps track attainment across multiple SKUs
- In some views I wish it was a little simpler to understand. There are a lot of columns
- Tracking commission by SKU
- Attainment tracking
- Understanding your OTE
- Keeping reps happy with $$
