Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
I use CaptivateIQ as a means to determine what my independent commission check will be, along with the details associated with my commission check. In my commission statement, everything is highlighted seamlessly so you can easily see and understand how that number was calculated. As a leader, I can also see the details associated with my IC's commission statement and assist with making corrections/adjustments as needed. I can also have clear-cut conversations with my ICs about how we got to the number, and we can isolate any errors or mistakes very quickly.

- Provides clear details/data around how my commission was calculated.
- Can easily submit and inquiry right thru your portal to address errors or mistakes.
- You can dig into the details with your teams/ICs statements as well and support them in understanding how the number was calculated.
- Easily pull up all of your previous statements, digging into the details of any statement from any year.
- As for how I use it, I have no constructive feedback at this time. This is 1000x better than how we were doing things before Captivate IQ.
