Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
CaptivateIQ gives me a breakdown of my monthly commissions and my gap to quota & president's club. I check it from time to time during the month, but at least twice a month to validate the commission. It's also a good indicator of my payout trends over time so I don't have to manually track this info.
- Easy to use & understand
- Intuitive UI
- Good workflow to request inquiries on payouts
- It would be nice to visualize payout trends over time.
- If I could compare various things, like the number of deals and average monthly payout, it would be a good indicator of my results.
- Seeing detailed breakdowns of my payout has been motivating me to leverage kickers and accelerators.
