I use it to ensure my reps are compensated correctly for their efforts. I also use it to show potential payouts in order to drive maximum effort. It makes tracking performance easier by allowing me to monitor the performance of my teams. For the rep having access to the platform to view their performance metrics and commission details motivates them to not just reach their targets but surpass them.
