Overall Satisfaction with Catchpoint

[We use Catchpoint for] page latency improvements for user adoption [and] conversion across the globe for all networks (3g, 4g, 5g, etc.).

  • It helped us to improve the conversion numbers.

The [support] team [is] always proactive on coaching, addressing the feedback, sharing the requested details on time, and [providing] active communication.
Initially, it took a week's time to understand the tool, supported features, etc. Later on, it [was] easy for [the] team to navigate [the] tool and get the data [that] our business needed. When we compare with other tools, Catchpoint [provides] more data insights, like page latency trends, network calls data, impacted files, and recommendations.
We [have] used Pingdom, Uptrends, and Google PageSpeed [previously]. [However,] we felt [that] Catchpoint [was] giving more insights on data to improve the page performance.
