Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

It's being used by approximately 30% of the company for Time and Attendance. Schedules are in use for these employees and these are used to pay these employees.
  • Scheduling is very useful. It is exception-based, making it very easy to use and update, when necessary.
  • It tracks entitlements, which is very useful for all employees.
  • Entitlement balances are visible to employees, but these balances are confusing to understand. The anticipation is that all employees will take time off in sequence.
  • Job transfers are a bit difficult to enter.
  • It reduces the paper being used to track OT, Time-Off, etc.
The pay policies are extremely useful, but difficult to master, as we have a complex collective agreement.
We are still in the process of bringing all of our employees onboard into Dayforce. Real-time information will be key for all employees to access their balances, as well as to make updates to their personal profile.
Having the entire process in a single application will reduce the manual work from trying to tie multiple 3rd-party modules together.
It's very easy to use. Time and Attendance are very practical and simple. The Dayforce App is also extremely handy and many of our employees use it on a regular basis. It's easy to use and navigate through.
