Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Ceridian is an HRIS that we use as administrators in the HR department and company-wide. We use the HR, payroll, recruiting, benefits, performance, and onboarding modules
- Extensive innovative features.
- The recruiting module is really robust.
- It is highly customizable.
- It can be really slow at times.
- Customer service is very unhelpful.
- The reporting is still being developed into a robust feature.
- Increased productivity through streamlining processes.
- Ability to leverage more in-depth analytics for business decisions.
It automates many FLSA, FMLA, and other HR compliance functions. It allows us to run reports to submit documents to the EEOC and OFCCP.
It definitely makes it easy to seamlessly flow through things like recruiting into HR and then to payroll.
Our previous software, ADP Workforce Now was not fully integrated and it was a struggle linking functions like HR, time and attendance, and payroll. This is much easier with Ceridian Dayforce.
