Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

  • Support - takes a while to get a response
  • Not very efficient. You need lots of time to finish a single new hire.
  • Support is very hard to deal with.
  • Payroll is ok.

Support - in my experience, it takes a while to get a response. Most support issues need to be escalated.

Hiring an employee, making changes takes forever to finish. Too many pages and clicks.
