Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Dayforce was implemented company-wide to address time tracking, payroll, benefits, HRIS, recruiting, HR workflow management and performance reviews. It is used by all levels of employees.
- Real time updates to payroll
- Latest updates always included in costs
- Able to track time independently when an employee has more than one position.
- Report creation tool takes effort to learn
- Simplified workflows
- Eliminated paper forms for many things
- Accountability for processing paperwork timely
ACA module easily creates 1095c and tracks part-time hours.
It creates a very easy to use record for each employee.
Fewer errors and less time spent on payroll

Using Ceridian Dayforce
1200 - All employees use the software to record time, manage benefit elections, and PTO banks. Management level employees use the system to schedule employees, complete performance reviews and manage employees work assignments. Finance uses for report and data purposes.
1 - Solid understanding of systems, and HR knowledge. Ability to problems solve and complete self paced learning programs. Also must have the ability to manage time and prioritize workload.

We had an issue that was impacting payroll. The support analyst stayed on the phone with me for 4 hours until we resolved it completely. She never hung up.
