  • Great to go back and review call/context, lessens need for detailed note taking at expense of missing information in real time.
  • You can fast forward through Chorus quickly.
  • Analytics and summaries are helpful.
  • "This is being recorded message" - is there a way to turn this off?
  • Quantifiable coaching results.
  • Ability to glean context from calls that I could not join in real time.
I've never used a tool like this. It integrates with Zoom - anytime I log on, it just works.
Spiffs. Being able to identify who is implementing what is taught in sales enablement trainings.
Never worked with them, or had a need/reason to.
At my previous company, we never used a tool like Chorus. At my current company, where I manage a team of several reps, it's imperative to have a tool like this to help uplevel individual and team performance.
